Sunoco Announces 2003 Tank Truck Carrier of the Year Award

the recipients of their 2003 Tank Truck Carrier of the Year Awards:

The selections are based on a core
carrier's safety and service performance to Sunoco's customers throughout the year.
The criteria for selecting our winners are outstanding on-time delivery, on-time
loading, spill and accident performance and load acceptance.
"The bulk trucking environment
was even more challenging in 2003, and the Sunoco Carrier of the Year Awards recognize
all the drivers, terminal personnel and management who performed services successfully
on our shipments. The exceptional performance levels would not have been possible without
a strong commitment throughout each of these organizations. We are extremely pleased that
each of the winners is the final link in our supply chain," stated Gordon Heisler, Sunoco's
director of transportation.
